On Saturday, March 14, Mission Bay Park in San Diego will play host to the St. Patrick’s Day 10K event! This event, which also includes two- and four-mile run/walk events, can be a challenging and invigorating start to your holiday weekend. It can also provide you with a chance to show off your running abilities with fellow fitness fans. Medals will be awarded for finishers, and there will be tasty treats waiting for you at the finish line. Health and fitness are important, and help us sustain ourselves.
