On the morning of Sunday, July 28, people in and around San Diego can lace up their running shoes in support of a good cause! The Live Well San Diego 5K will feature a race for runners of varying skill levels,and a fun run for the kids. This year’s event is superhero-themed, so there will be special hero-based activities and costumes for everyone to enjoy! Running is a great way to manage your cardiovascular health. The Live Well San Diego 5K is taking place on the morning of Sunday, July 28. The 5K race is starting at 7:30 am, while the kids’ 1-mile fun run will happen at 8:15 am.

The race is being held at San Diego County Waterfront, which is located at 1600 Pacific Hwy, San Diego, CA.

Entry costs range from $25-40.

This year’s Live Well San Diego 5K race will have a special superhero theme, so there will be plenty of costumes, and family-friendly activities. The event is being held in partnership with 211 San Diego.
